The meeting will take place at the Akali Hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the old part of the city. The following special rates will apply: 60€ for a double room with single usage (breakfast included) 80€ for a double room with double usage (breakfast included). There is a bus (coach) connecting the airport with the city center. The cost is 2.30 € and the trip is about 30 min. On Wednesday the bus departs (based on the website info) from the airport at 06:15 09:25 11:00 11:45 13:45 17:20 20:30 and 22:30. On Thursday the bus departs from the airport at 06:15 09:25 13:40 14:40 17:20 18:50 20:30 21:30 22:30 and 24:30. The hotel is just 450 meters away from the bus station (see map below). You need to follow Kidonias St and then Kisammou St. Otherwise you can always get a taxi from the airport for about 25 €.
